RiskyProject Lite shows you how risks and uncertainties can affect your project's success. This new Lite version was designed especially for project managers without any prior knowledge of risk analysis theory. RiskyProject analyzes the project schedule and risks together, calculates the chances that the project will be completed on time and within budget, and presents results in easy-to-understand formats.

Key Features of RiskyProject Lite
- Powerful Scheduling Engine - You define tasks, dependencies, constraints, resources, and costs.
- Define different risks -at the project level and for each task or resource. You also can define ranges for task duration, cost, start and finish times. This information together with project schedule is used in the quantitative risk analysis.
- Risk-aware Gantt Chart - Uncertainties in task duration, start and finish times are shown graphically in a special Gantt Chart.
- Project Risk Dashboard 3x3 - An easy way to view results of risk analysis: three main project parameters (cost, duration, finish time) with and without risk; three most crucial tasks, three most critical risks.
- Tracking Project - You enter the percentage of the task done on the particular date. RiskyProject then calculates the projected task duration and updates the risk profile of the task.
- Deadlines - RiskyProject Lite allows you to define task or project deadlines and assign different actions to them: cancel task, cancel project, etc.
RiskyProject works well with Project KickStart
Project KickStart and RiskyProject work well together. Obstacles (also called Risks) from Project KickStart are imported into Risky Project as part of the project import via mpx files.
After entering a bit more data on the risks (obstacles) in RiskyProject, you can see how your project schedule and costs will be affected in various scenarios. As the project goes on, you can continue to analyze project performance and risk mitigation efforts.

RiskyProject also works with Microsoft Project.
You can then assign risks and uncertainties to tasks and resources and perform simulations. RiskyProject Lite will show what chance that the project, defined in Microsoft Project, will be completed on time and within budget. It will also show the project's critical risks and critical tasks.
