Returns
You may return a software product purchased from us within
30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less original shipping charges).
If you are eligible for return and request one, we will post a credit to your credit card and send you an email confirmation.
Activated programs:
- Before you uninstall. If
the program logged an error, we would like to see the error. Errors
are logged in the file sendtosupport.xml in the project folder. The default project folder is c:\my documents\Project KickStart #\. If you find this file in the project directory, please email it to support@projectkickstart.com. Thanks.
- De-Activate your Project KickStart license on all computers
where it was activated. Click the De-ActivatePKS.exe file in the Project
KickStart application folder and follow instructions. The default application folder is c:\program files\project kickstart #\De-ActivatePKS.exe.
- Uninstall Project KickStart or other software from all
computers where you have installed it using Windows/Add-Remove Programs
utility.
- Email sales@projectkickstart.com and
confirm the program's de-activation and removal. Please include the
original invoice number, if available.
