How can I become a reseller?
Here's how to get up and running:
- Complete and submit the online application form
- Once your application has been approved, we will send you detailed information about the program and a Partner Agreement via email which you should sign and return to us.
- On receipt of a signed Partnership Agreement, we will confirm your reseller status and email you the password you will need to place online orders.

Can I order a download of Project KickStart for a customer?
Yes. You will receive a License Key, which you can forward to your customer for activation.
How do you ship Project KickStart?
Project KickStart is downloaded software and typically not shipped.
How do you handle returns?
If
your customer is not entirely satisfied with any product you buy from
us, you can call us at 510-644-0694 and return it within 30 days for
a complete refund.
Note: your customer should deactivate Project KickStart using the deactivation utility in the Project KickStart 4 folder and then uninstall Project KickStart.
How do I set up a Project KickStart page on my Web site?
The first thing to do is to put a description of Project KickStart on your web site. Be sure to include meta tags that will help your page be found by search engines.
A testimonial directly from you will be more powerful than
mere product description. Use your own words. Explain how you (and your
clients) use Project KickStart and what they get out of it.
